4. Service Agreements

Each agreement is crafted to suit your unique objectives and budget, ensuring that the services rendered align perfectly with your business goals.

5. Activation and Billing

Upon finalizing a service agreement, your services will be activated, and billing will commence according to the terms outlined in the agreement. Payments are due as specified in the service agreement, and failure to meet payment obligations may result in the suspension or termination of services. Billing will reflect the customized nature of the services provided, ensuring transparency and alignment with the agreed-upon terms.

6. Cancellations and Pauses

 

a. Immediate Cessation

Upon cancellation of your service agreement, all ongoing services will cease immediately. This includes the halting of website updates, graphic design work, and social media management activities as specified in your agreement.

b. No Penalties

You can cancel your service agreement at any time without incurring additional fees or penalties, provided that the cancellation is in accordance with the terms outlined in your specific agreement.

c. Manual Process

Cancellation is a manual process initiated by you and requires written notice to Cham8ion Investments. Upon receipt of your cancellation request, all services will be stopped as per the agreement.

d. Temporary Suspension

If you need a break from the services but plan to resume later, you may choose to pause your service agreement. This will temporarily suspend all ongoing activities, allowing you to restart the services at a later date without additional setup.

7. Failed Payments

 

a. Notification

We will notify you via email or your preferred contact method of any failed payment related to your service agreement.

b. Grace Period

You will have a grace period of 3 days to rectify the payment failure, during which services will continue uninterrupted.

c. Suspension of Services

If the payment issue is not resolved within the grace period, all services will be temporarily suspended until the payment is successfully processed.

d. Reactivation

Once the payment is successfully processed, all suspended services will be promptly reactivated in accordance with your service agreement.

e. Persistent Failures

Repeated payment failures may result in the permanent cancellation of your service agreement.

f. Additional Fees

You may be responsible for any additional fees imposed by your financial institution due to payment failures.

8. Changes to Service Agreements

We reserve the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of our service offerings at any time. If significant changes are made to a service agreement you are enrolled in, we will notify you in advance. Your continued use of our services following notification constitutes acceptance of those changes. Temporary adjustments, such as promotional offers, will revert to standard terms after the specified period unless otherwise agreed upon.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of Cham8ion Investments or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. a. Domain Names

Cham8ion Investments retains ownership of all domain names registered or managed as part of the services provided. Usage rights will cease if the service agreement is discontinued, and domain name transfer details can be provided upon request, subject to specific terms and fees.

b. Social Media Accounts

Clients retain ownership and responsibility for social media accounts managed under our services. Cham8ion Investments will manage these accounts as per the client’s goals but retains no ownership.

c. Graphic Designs

All graphic designs created as part of our services are owned by the client upon delivery. Cham8ion Investments retains the right to use these designs in its portfolio or marketing materials unless expressly prohibited by the client in writing.

d. Proprietary Tools

Any pre-existing materials, tools, or software used by Cham8ion Investments remain the exclusive property of Cham8ion Investments.

 

11. User Conduct

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of or restrict or inhibit anyone else's use of the website. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our website.
