Clients are provided with the use of the domain name as part of the subscribed service, and Cham8ion Investments shall be responsible for all related registration, renewal, and management processes. If a client discontinues the subscription, the domain name may be retained by Cham8ion Investments, and any usage rights previously granted to the client will cease. Details concerning the transfer or acquisition of domain names can be provided upon request, subject to specific terms and fees.

Social Media Accounts: Clients maintain ownership and responsibility for any social media accounts managed as part of the subscription service. Cham8ion Investments will act as a manager, implementing strategies and updates in line with the client’s goals and preferences, but the client retains ultimate control and responsibility for these accounts. The client must provide necessary access and permissions for Cham8ion Investments to perform its role effectively.

Graphic Designs: All graphic designs created as part of the subscription service shall be owned by the client upon delivery. Cham8ion Investments retains the right to use such designs in its portfolio or marketing materials unless expressly prohibited by the client in writing. Clients are responsible for the lawful use of these designs, including adherence to copyright laws and regulations.

 

However, any pre-existing materials, tools, or software used by Cham8ion Investments in rendering our services are owned by or licensed to us. Our proprietary technology, techniques, and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Cham8ion Investments.
